Qualifications

• Current CA RN License.
• Bachelor Degree, Masters preferred.
• AORN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing leadership experience, in nursing peri-operative care services in an acute care setting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a perioperative care service required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the operating room, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Support performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and service quality.
