Qualifications

• RN licensed in PA (Required)
• BSN required; Nurse Residency Program beneficial
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is required for role

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care through nursing process for patients across all ages as a full partner on the health care team
• Demonstrate competencies in CQI, evidence-based practice, leadership, and teamwork
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate care across the continuum
• Uphold standards of safety, professionalism, and patient-centered care
• Comply with regulatory and accrediting requirements
