Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Pre/Post Surgery team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, IL. This part-time role supports the surgeon with peri-operative nursing and post-operative care in a collaborative surgical environment.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state, with BLS certification and healthcare experience preferred. 24 hours/week, days shift, on-site in Breese.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program approved for licensure.
• Licensed RN in state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon in performing safe operative procedures.
• Conduct peri-operative nursing assessments and post-operative evaluations.
• Support intra-operative nursing activities in collaboration with the surgical team.
