Job summary

HUMBLE VASCULAR SURGICAL CENTER INC. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to deliver patient care through the nursing process across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.

The role requires RN licensure, BSN/ADN, BLS and ACLS. You will assess patients, document care, communicate with the team, maintain aseptic technique, and anticipate the surgeon’s needs to ensure safe, efficient surgical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across preop, intraop, and postop phases.
• Assess physiological and psychosocial health status.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care.
• Anticipate surgeon’s needs during surgical procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and proper surgical site identification.
• Participate in nursing plan of care and swift response to emergencies.
