Job summary

St. Luke's is seeking candidates for the Operating Room RN Internship, designed to prepare nursing students or experienced RNs for a career in perioperative nursing. The program includes extensive training, hands-on experience, and support from a dedicated education team.

Ideal candidates are nursing students graduating soon or RNs seeking to enter the Operating Room setting. Interns will gain invaluable skills while providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Nursing Students eligible to sit for NCLEX before internship start.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and document nursing care.
• Collaborate with other patient-team personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of all materials.
