Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Perioperative experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in scrub and surgical routines, including proper scrub, gowning, and gloving techniques for self, surgeons, and assistants.
• Monitor aseptic practices across scrub, circulator, and assistant roles.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and coordinate instrument passing for efficient procedures.
