Job summary

FutureJobHub seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join its perioperative team in Massachusetts. You will deliver patient-centered care before, during, and after surgery, collaborating with physicians and the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and the surgical team.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional surgical care.
