Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool for Preop/PACU and OR Circulator roles.

You will support perioperative services across ambulatory surgery centers in the Frederick/Hagerstown area, floating to centers based on surgical volume and staffing needs. Ideal candidates are experienced in PreOp/PACU or OR Circulation, with Maryland RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Maryland RN license.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1–2 years in Circulator or PreOp/PACU roles.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Frederick/Hagerstown.
• Provide perioperative care in PreOp/PACU and OR Circulation as needed.
• Adapt quickly to staffing needs and maintain patient safety.
