Trinity Health Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, MI is seeking an RN Care Manager to support the perioperative team as a first assistant and patient advocate.

You will collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure seamless patient movement through the perioperative pathway, coordinate care, and contribute to achieving optimal outcomes. A Michigan RN license, BSN preferred, and RNFA training are required or pursued, with an on-site role offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred or willing to obtain BSN within five years.
• RNFA training and RNFA exam completed.
• BLS Certification.
• CNOR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as RN Care Manager in the OR.
• Direct patient care as first assistant during surgery.
• Assist patient/families in achieving outcomes.
• Facilitate movement through perioperative experience.

Education

Active Michigan RN license

Graduation from accredited nursing program

BSN preferred or willing to obtain BSN within five years

RNFA training and RNFA exam completed

BLS Certification

CNOR Certification preferred
