North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, FL is seeking an OR Circulator RN to provide patient-centered surgical care and support the operating room team. This full-time role requires 2+ years of experience, weekday and weekend call, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care required.
• RN license and BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects with accurate documentation.
• Assist physicians during procedures and provide sterile technique for OR care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Document care and education thoroughly in the medical record and ensure infection control.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
