Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • BLS certification required.
  • RN license issued by the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment in perioperative settings.
  • Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
  • Contributes to process improvements to enhance clinical quality and safety.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor in a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
