Job summary

MultiCare Valley Hospital in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Perioperative Services Technician to prep the OR and equipment before surgeries and assist the team during procedures.

You will coordinate supplies, prioritize tasks, and work under the direction of an RN, contributing to patient safety and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and at least two years of patient-care experience, preferably in an operating room.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post high school vocational training in a related health care field preferred.
• Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years of recent patient-care experience preferred.
• Previous OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR suite and equipment prior to surgeries.
• Provide assistance to OR staff during surgeries/procedures.
• Coordinate supplies and equipment for procedures.
• Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or designee.
