Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate when needed.
• Provide patient and family education related to care and discharge.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety standards.
