Atlas Healthcare Partners/ MultiCare Surgery Center – Yakima Orthopedics is developing a new facility in Yakima, WA, featuring three operating rooms and ten PACU bays. This RN role provides comprehensive nursing care and coordinates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold an Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, be licensed as an RN in WA, and possess BLS/ACLS with PALS within 90 days if pediatrics are involved.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS certification within 90 days if assigned ASC pediatrics
• Core (FT/PT): min 1 year OR experience or enrolled in PeriOp101 program with completion in 4 months
• New licensed RN enrolled in PeriOp101 with completion in 4 months
• PRN: min 2 years OR experience in OR

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient needs and planning of nursing care.
• Formulates a plan of care including discharge planning with input from patient, family, and health team.
• Implements the plan of care via direct patient care, coordination, and supervision of the health care team.
• Evaluates patient and family responses to care and revises the plan as needed.
• Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record; ensures timely documentation.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in staff development and education.
• In some locations may provide relief charge for staff and workflow.
• Provides excellent service experience to all customers.
