Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or as a multistate license.
• AHA BLS certification is required prior to end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Establish care priorities, develop perioperative plans, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning.
• Document care and progress; collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in circulating and scrub roles to support intraoperative efficiency and sterile technique.
