Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of recent acute hospital leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage nursing care for perioperative patients (pre-admission, preop, PACU).
• Oversee 24-hour unit operations including staffing, budget, and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement practice guidelines, policies, and standards of care.
• Foster proactive interdisciplinary collaboration across hospital functions.
