This full-time leadership opportunity is designed for an accomplished nursing leader with extensive acute-care, operating room, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience who is prepared to oversee perioperative services within a hospital-type outpatient surgery environment.

The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for perioperative nursing services, strengthen clinical quality and patient safety, support staff development, and help shape the continued growth of a state-of-the-art surgical program.

Compensation ranges from $170,000–$210,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and potential sign-on assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, Health Administration, Business, Public Health, Management, or another qualifying field specified by the organization.
• Minimum 8 years of acute healthcare nursing experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive nursing management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading perioperative or surgical-services operations.
• Strong clinical leadership and nursing-management capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams within a complex surgical environment.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical quality, operational performance, and healthcare compliance.
