Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) at Maine Medical Center – Biddeford to support ACU, ENDO and PACU within the Nursing Education Team. This part-time position (20 hours per week) offers a dynamic environment focused on professional development and lifelong learning.

The ideal candidate will bring strong perioperative RN experience and proven ability to facilitate education, collaborate with leaders, and advance clinical competency across departments.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state and BLS certification or obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience and ability to teach.
• Experience in educational development/design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements clinical and non-clinical education across clinical departments.
• Develops, coordinates, and delivers continuing education and in-service programs.
