Job summary

Beloit Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at NorthPointe Ambulatory Surgery Care Center on the NorthPointe Campus in Roscoe, IL. The RN will participate in direct patient care during perioperative processes in a Varied/Per Diem shift with first-shift hours.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an Illinois nursing license and a Wisconsin license if applicable, and obtain BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• ADN/ BSN or MSN degree acceptable.
• Illinois Nursing License and Wisconsin Nursing License required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on scientific nursing principles.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure optimal care throughout surgery center experience.
• Serve as liaison to family and operating team.
• Assist in patient education during all phases of care.
• Record care information concisely and accurately with appropriate software.
