Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program in practical nursing.
• Current LPN license with the state of Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
• Minimum of two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care per physician orders.
• Assist in preoperative preparation and discharge areas and surgery suites.
• Maintain and update physician preference cards as necessary.
• Package and process instruments and supplies in central sterile.
