Job summary

The successful candidate will have a BSN or be enrolled, current CA RN license, and CPR/ACLS/PALS per department requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Successful completion of an ECG course or equivalency required for telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in a Perioperative unit.
• Collaborates with care team to ensure safe, timely and high-quality care.
• Performs physical assessments, pain management, medication administration, specimen collection, nutrition needs, and discharge teaching.
• Follows nursing process and adapts plan with consultation as needed.
