Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full-time Operating Room support personnel. You will transport patients, clean rooms, and deliver supplies to the surgical department while assisting anesthesia staff with equipment preparation and case logistics.

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.00 - $23.50 / hour

Summary

Functions as support personnel. Duties may include: transports patients to and from surgical department; cleans rooms; picks up needed supplies from other departments and delivers to department; takes specimens and supplies to other departments; helps lift and position patients as needed; aids in anesthesia care through the preparation of equipment and supplies; assists nurse anesthetists, anesthesiologists and staff; case preparation; cleans and maintains scopes, scope repairs and logs; and other duties as assigned. Performs call obligations as assigned.

Certification:Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
