Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year or higher nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current state RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center environment preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient pain upon admission and during appointments.
• Maintains infection control and policy compliance within the ASC.
• Assists physician during procedures and ensures supplies are available.
• Collaborates with care team to monitor patient outcomes and safety.
• Performs documentation and participates in accreditation readiness and QA.
