Requirements include DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited school, GA license, and Board Certification or eligibility in Periodontics, plus CPR/BLS/PALS and clinical/private practice experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from ADA-accredited dental school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Periodontics
• Current GA license
