Job summary

Gold Coast Dental is seeking an experienced Periodontist to deliver comprehensive periodontal care within a seven-day-a-week clinical network in California. You will diagnose, plan, and perform surgical and non-surgical procedures while collaborating with general dentists, oral surgeons, and specialists to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and completion of a Periodontics residency are required.
• Current and unrestricted dental license in the practice state is required.
• CPR/BLS certification and appropriate credentials for periodontal and surgical procedures are required.
• Experience with dental implants, periodontal surgery, soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, and regenerative procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat periodontal and related oral conditions.
• Provide comprehensive periodontal treatment, including surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Evaluate referred patients and develop periodontal treatment plans based on clinical findings and imaging.
• Review X-rays, CBCT/3D imaging, and other diagnostic information as appropriate.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and manage complications.
