Job summary

Sage Dental seeks a Part Time Periodontist to join our Lakewood Ranch and SW Florida offices. The position offers 5 days per month, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with either a daily guarantee or percentage of collections.

You will examine, diagnose and treat periodontal cases, possess a DMD/DDS and active state license, and collaborate with an in-house referral network and AI‑enhanced tools. Sage supports growth through Sage University and dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
