ETS Dental in Odessa, TX is seeking a Periodontist to join a privately owned, doctor-led specialist practice with an established referral base and strong support staff. You will focus on high-quality periodontal care from day one in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation is production-based with a daily minimum guarantee ($1,200–$1,500) and an earning potential of $320,000–$400,000. Four-day weeks (Mon–Thu) and potential ownership pathways are offered, with a team of 6 operatories

Periodontist – Odessa, TX | Long-Term Career With a Specialist Practice Built for Success

This is a privately owned, doctor-led specialist office – NOT a DSO. You will step into an established referral base with a great support team already in place, so you can focus on doing excellent clinical work from day one. Quality is the priority here. The practice values the relationships built with its referral network and is committed to maintaining them through consistent, high-quality care.

• Employment type: W2
• Compensation: Negotiable percentage of production with a daily minimum guarantee of $1,200 to $1,500
