A private practice in Summerlin, NV is seeking a talented, patient-focused Periodontist to join our established, cosmetic-driven general practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a periodontist who enjoys collaborating with a strong restorative team and wants to help grow an in-house periodontal and implant program within a thriving practice.

The Opportunity

We're looking to begin with 2 days per month, with the goal of growing the schedule to 1-2 days per week as demand increases. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate the right candidate.

Our doctors currently place and restore implants but continue to refer out more complex periodontal and implant cases, including those involving sinus augmentation and advanced grafting. We see tremendous opportunity to keep more specialty care in-house while expanding services for our existing patient base.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape and grow the periodontal department while working alongside an experienced restorative team committed to comprehensive patient care.

Clinical Environment

• 10 modern operatories
• CBCT technology
• Neodent implant system (Straumann family)
• Three full-time hygienists and two part-time hygienists generating periodontal referrals
• Up to two dedicated assistants available for the periodontist (or you're welcome to bring your own team)
• PPO-based practice with flexibility regarding specialist insurance participation
• Practice is open to implementing in-office sedation with the appropriate compliance and credentialing for the right provider
