Job summary

Sage Dental seeks a Traveling Periodontal Patient Care Advocate to join our Atlanta, GA team. You will support case presentations, educate patients on insurance benefits, and enter treatment plans into Dentrix. This role emphasizes delivering excellent service to patients and visitors across our network.

The position requires at least one year in a fast-paced dental office, with HMO/PPO experience, and familiarity with Dentrix is preferred. Travel to multiple offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance.
• Experience with treatment planning and presenting treatment.
• Dentrix dental software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case presentations and insurance benefit education.
• Enter treatment plans into Dentrix.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
• Travel to partner offices as needed.
