Job summary

Virtua Health seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound studies in accordance with established protocols. You will work closely with radiologists and obstetric teams to support perinatal and vascular imaging.

The role requires RDMS certification or registry eligibility, with licensure within two years. This is a part-time, per diem position at Mount Holly, NJ, offering a strong benefits package and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular imaging.
• Formal education in Diagnostic Ultrasound Program (RDMS program graduate for MFM).
• ARDMS certification or registry eligible; must be licensed within two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality Ultrasound studies according to radiologists’ protocols.
• Document pathology and obtain pertinent medical history.
• Operate RIS and hospital systems while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Assist in biopsy procedures and on-call coverage as needed.
• Review orders and prior exams to ensure accurate imaging.
