• BLS certification required on hire; Instructor or standard BLS acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the care team to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring clear communication and confidentiality.
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development activities.
• Mentor and support newer staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all policies, confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
