Job summary

Delfina Medical Group seeks a Registered Dietitian to lead perinatal nutrition care in a telemedicine setting, focusing on pregnancy and postpartum support. The role blends clinical nutrition with digital health to improve maternal outcomes and patient engagement.

You will deliver 1:1 and group sessions, develop safety protocols for remote care, and collaborate with Delfina Care Inc. to scale nutrition services nationwide, with a flexible, part-time schedule and 2–8 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN with bachelor’s degree and CA licensure.
• Active California Medicaid registration is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of pregnancy nutrition patient care experience (Gestational Diabetes, DM1/DM2).
• Experience providing virtual patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group nutrition visits for pregnant and postpartum patients.
• Create protocols and safety measures for a telemedicine based nutritional health support system.
