Job summary

Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health seeks a Neonatology leader to serve as Medical Director of the Riley Children's Health Perinatal Center in Indianapolis. The role blends clinical Neonatology with program leadership, research, and statewide quality improvement initiatives.

The selected candidate will shape strategy, oversee affiliate partnerships, and guide state-wide perinatal outcomes improvements while maintaining a busy clinical schedule in Riley’s Level IV and III

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Pediatrics and eligible/certified in Neonatology.
• MD/DO license in Indiana or eligible for licensure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for statewide partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and vision for Riley Perinatal Center to improve perinatal outcomes.
• Conduct annual quality site visits to affiliate hospitals.
• Oversee transport reviews and coordinate with affiliates.
• Lead educational and quality meetings with state and partners.
• Collaborate with Perinatal Center program leadership to optimize funding.
