Job summary

SpecialtyCare is the leading provider of perfusion services across the United States, seeking a full-time Perfusionist in Western Massachusetts. The candidate will support heart surgeries with experienced teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate accredited perfusion training, ABCP certification, and the ability to work on call within 30 minutes of the hospital. A commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program.
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP).
• Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality perfusion support in the OR.
• Adapt to high-stress cardiac surgery environments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and basic computer skills.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of the OR team.

Position Requirements

• Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
• Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
• Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
