Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Performance Tester with utilities experience for a remote role. You’ll test a GIS-driven platform, stress-testing map services, spatial data, and the systems behind them.

If you know performance testing and have worked with ESRI/GIS, you’re a rare combo. We’d like to talk to you. Design and run tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, and monitor with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience, focused on performance testing.
• ESRI (ArcGIS) and/or GIS experience (required)
• Strong skills with at least one load testing tool and APM/monitoring tools
• Enough database and server knowledge to troubleshoot under load.

Responsibilities

• Design and run load, stress, and endurance tests with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Performance test GIS map services, spatial workloads, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Monitor system health with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Dig into logs, metrics, and graphs to find bottlenecks and root causes.

• Turn findings into clear recommendations for dev and infrastructure teams.
