Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university.
• NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of relevant SCC experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs.
• Conduct physical assessments and performance evaluations.
• Educate personnel on proper lifting mechanics and injury-prevention techniques.
