Job summary

Peakrxtherapy is seeking therapists to treat highly motivated clients in 60-minute, 1:1 sessions within our integrated orthopedic, pelvic health, and performance-based model. You’ll have time and autonomy to deliver your best care.

You’ll work with an in-house team of clinicians who value collaboration, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice, while operating in an out-of-network model that prioritizes quality over volume.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in orthopedic physical therapy is required.
• Pelvic health experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with movement, exercise, and performance in care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborates effectively within a team.

In This Role, You'll Get To

• Build real relationships with highly motivated clients: You'll work in 60-minute, 1:1 sessions with people who are invested in their outcomes and trust your expertise. No rushing. No revolving doors. Just meaningful care.
• Treat with autonomy, creativity, and clinical depth: You'll have the freedom to think critically, problem-solve deeply, and tailor treatment plans without insurance-driven constraints. Your clinical reasoning matters here.

This brings a diverse caseload through our doors, including women and men, athletes, pregnancy and postpartum clients, post-surgical cases, and high performers who want more from rehab.

• Strong orthopedic foundations: Proficiency in orthopedic physical therapy is required. Pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required if you're eager and committed to learning.
