The Performance Project Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, located in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a passionate therapist to join our team. We are dedicated to providing a supportive environment, with a commitment to exceptional patient care. Our facility boasts over 7,000 sq/ft of space shared with Rocky Mountain Strength, equipped with functional fitness equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and strong manual therapy skills. Enjoy multiple benefits including bonuses, clear career progression, and mentorship while being a vital part of our community transformation efforts.
My wife and I built The Performance Project because we noticed that the patient-provider connection and trust has been drastically missing from our industry. Offices have a revolving door of patients, therapists are burnt out, patients feel misunderstood, and what’s lost is the very human element of what we do.
We not only hold a high bar for our patient experience, but also for the internal experience of our team. We are deeply committed to creating a fun, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment where team members feel valued, challenged, and empowered to succeed. Exceptional patient care starts with a team who embodies those very values.
We are a team stood-up by our core values: Family First, Truthful and Trustworthy, Extreme Ownership, Relentless Optimism.
Our mission to fundamentally transform the health and wellness of our community starts with changing how therapists feel about their work. We believe that therapists who love where they work give the best of themselves to their patients, and in turn get better results and a better experience. We strive to create an environment where therapists not only feel that they have a place to grow their career but are also part of team that supports and cares for them like family.
We are a cash-based clinic that specializes in treating active adults and athletes to help them recover from and prevent injury. Hikers, bikers, runners, CrossFitters, weightlifters, weekend warriors, parents, hunters, outdoorsmen are part of our patient population, and we LOVE it!
We are looking for another therapist as passionate about helping these people get to the root cause of their issues so they can live their lives to the fullest.
A therapist passionate about changing the lives of their patients, while bringing high-octane energy, fun and optimism to work each day, and is on fire to fundamentally transform the health and wellness of our community. We’re looking for a therapist seeking growth opportunities and leadership roles. We want someone that is committed to continuing to learn and progress their skills (and who recognizes there is always something to get better at)!
We share a 7,000+ sq/ft space with Rocky Mountain Strength with full access to functional fitness equipment, sauna/cold plunge area, a recovery room (complete with normatec boots and hyperice sleeves/foam rollers), blood flow restriction, and more.
Salary range includes full compensation package with all listed benefits.
This is personal for us. We genuinely care about our team, our patients, and making a difference in our community. We want to give clinicians a place they can finally use their education how they were taught. Where they can demonstrate just how valuable we are by changing people’s lives. Where they can have their hands unshackled from the health insurance game and given the freedom to truly make a difference.
We are in this to change the game. If you’re on fire to do the same, apply to join today.
