Job summary

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Therapist to support high-performance artists within its Performance Medicine team. The role focuses on clinical care, rehabilitation and safe medical coverage for in-show needs.

You'll collaborate with coaches and artists to minimize injuries, manage schedules, and ensure confidential, compliant documentation. A Nevada-registered therapist with a CDS/First Aid credential is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy and Nevada registration.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant musculoskeletal clinical experience.
• Current First Aid and Trauma Management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard clinical care, prevention, rehabilitation and admin duties for artists.
• Deliver emergency response care and lead for in-show medical coverage.
• Collaborate with coaches and artistic team to reduce injuries and optimize performance.
• Document all medical information per governance standards and ensure confidentiality.
