Hybrid is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital team. This role is ideal for a paid media professional who enjoys balancing hands-on campaign execution with leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee high-performing paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels while partnering with Account Directors, Digital leadership, and clients to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive enrollment and brand growth for higher education institutions worldwide.
In addition to managing complex digital campaigns, you'll play a key role in developing team capabilities, improving operational processes, and helping shape the continued growth of Hybrid's Paid Media function. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to expand their leadership experience while remaining deeply involved in digital strategy and campaign performance.
This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office.
Stay current on emerging advertising platforms, industry trends, and evolving best practices.
Leverage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Snapchat, and other advertising platforms to deliver innovative client solutions.
Manage multiple client campaigns and competing priorities while ensuring timely execution.
Support the continued growth and evolution of Hybrid's Paid Media capabilities.
