Job summary

Tribute is seeking a remote performance marketer to launch, run, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok while navigating restricted vertical guidelines. You will manage accounts, test creatives and audiences, and track CPA, ROAS, and LTV as part of a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to optimize funnels and landing pages. The role offers a remote setup with access to global hubs and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience running Meta and/or TikTok ads in restricted verticals (adult, iGaming, dating, nutra, crypto, or similar).
• Practical knowledge of handling account bans and moderation.
• Confident with tracking and attribution setup (pixels, CAPI, MMPs, UTMs).
• Data-driven approach.
• English B1 level or higher.
