Job summary

Vista Innovative Solutions, LLC hires a Performance Improvement Nurse in San Antonio, TX to support clinical nursing and performance improvement activities on-site. This full-time role requires an active RN license, at least 3 years of nursing experience (2+ years in trauma/ER/ICU/quality/PI), BSN, and secret clearance with CAC eligibility and T3 investigation.

Preferred trauma-related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 states.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in trauma, emergency, critical care, quality, or performance improvement.
• Experience with clinical case review, audit filters/core measures, CPG compliance, registry data, benchmarking, and multidisciplinary PI activities.
• Secret clearance required.
• CAC eligibility required.
• T3 investigation requirement.
• Preferred: Trauma-related certification.

• Support audit filters and core measures.
• Support CPG compliance.
• Support registry data and benchmarking.
• Support multidisciplinary performance improvement activities.

What You Bring:

Required:

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 states.
