Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Performance Engineer to join the NVIDIA Developer and Performance Technology group to help characterize and test the latest GeForce gaming technologies across production and future hardware. You will manage multiple projects with geographically distributed teams, collaborate with driver, SDK, developer technology, and partner studio teams to ensure quality, stability, and performance.

This role emphasizes proactive testing and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Requires degree in CS or equivalent experience.
5+ years in production or project/program management of performance-critical software.
Experience with benchmark methodologies and PC hardware/games.
Ability to balance multiple projects with distributed teams.
Solid understanding of Agile principles and methods.
Experience with executive reporting and internal communication.
Experience handling technical customer relationships and communication.

Responsibilities

Characterize performance and interoperability of latest gaming technologies across production and future hardware.
Collaborate with driver, SDK, developer technology, and partner studio teams for compatibility, stability, and performance.
Monitor and provide feedback on test suites, benchmarks, and validation tools for performance and stability.
Analyze performance regressions and gameplay issues; drive resolutions with engineering teams.
Improve test processes, tools, and methodologies for faster driver validation cycles.
Provide transparency into status, dependencies and targets across GeForce teams.
