Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and G Suite.
• Ability to develop and present strategic / tactical plans.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional organizations, build partnerships, and share knowledge.
• Highly organized, motivated, and outgoing individual.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, margin, and market share for performance engines and related products.
• Manage sales forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting for performance and specialty segments.
• Identify new sales channels and customer segments including performance dealers, builders, racers, and specialty distributors.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for performance engines, including product launches, limited editions, and motorsports-linked offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns that reinforce performance credibility and brand heritage.
• Support enthusiast engagement through events, racing activations, digital content, and industry partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with performance-focused dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Support dealer readiness through training, technical content, and sales tools.
