Job summary

Secure Income Management (SIM) is seeking licensed life insurance/annuity advisors to run appointments, qualify and close leads, and manage a robust CRM-driven pipeline in Arizona. The role emphasizes performance-based compensation with quarterly bonuses and growth into leadership tracks.

You will qualify inbound/outbound leads, present quotes, and place coverage that fits clients, all while contributing to the team through field intelligence and active pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to close leads.
• Experience qualifying inbound/outbound leads and maintaining pipeline.
• Strong communication and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments and close leads in assigned regions.
• Qualify and close leads via dials and inbound calls.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas.
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client.
• Provide field intel to weekly team huddle.
