Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a driven Event Marketing Team Lead to represent our brand at retail locations, home shows, and community events. You will engage homeowners, generate qualified appointments, and support successful event execution.

This is a performance-based position combining in-office responsibilities with weekend event work, offering income stability and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and assist with event setup/breakdown.
• Prior experience in sales, events, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at events and retail locations in a professional manner.
• Engage with prospective customers and generate interest in products and services.
• Schedule and confirm qualified in-home consultation appointments.
• Lead by example with strong communication, energy, and execution.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members in the field.
• Provide in-field coaching and support to improve team performance.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics.
• Utilize office time to improve appointment confirmation rates and overall performance.
