Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC seeks a Substitute Performance Coach for a corporate fitness center in Broomfield, CO. This part-time role offers flexibility with shifts and a chance to support diverse clients through group and individual training.

You will monitor safety, lead group classes across fitness levels, perform assessments, and design personalized plans. CPR/First Aid is required; NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE are preferred. Benefits available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Current certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Proven experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design programs for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist in implementing incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs to drive engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Have availability to pick up shifts on an as-needed basis.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
