The Performance Coach (Fitness) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockville, MD, focused on optimizing golfers’ physical performance and resilience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive fitness and movement assessments, designing individualized strength and conditioning programs, and delivering in-person training sessions tailored to golfers of varying skill levels. The coach collaborates closely with golf instructors to integrate physical training with swing mechanics, uses performance data and technology to track progress, and adjusts programs based on objective metrics and client feedback. Additional responsibilities include educating clients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance habits, maintaining accurate training records, and contributing to a professional, inclusive, and client-centered environment.
