Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Nationally accredited certification such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE preferred; CPR/AED/First Aid required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varying fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design effective programs.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personal training, and motivation to clients.
• Assist in implementing incentive and health-promotion programs to drive engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
