Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized plans for clients, including high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to clients.
• Assist with implementing incentive, health promotion, and specialty programs to drive engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to support day-to-day operations.
